Review content:
I have been in my fair share of bridal shops over the years and I have never been disappointed in a bridal shop until I was a customer at Kim Kriners. First off their customer service was terrible. I went to pick up my dress and the lady working there brought it up stairs hung it up and didn?t say a word to me. Then went behind the desk and continued working. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her. I picked up my dress and helped myself to a fitting room, while the lady working continued to ignore me. I got the dress out of the bag and it looked like they had taken it straight out of the box and slapped it on a hanger. It was completely wrinkled. I thought it was a bridal shops job to make a dress presentable, maybe run a steamer over it? My next and biggest complaint is the fact that they ordered the wrong color sash for the bridesmaid?s dresses. They informed the bride that there was nothing they could do besides have the bride go out and try to find the right color and they would recover them. Considering that the wedding was under a month away that is not a very logical solution. So the bride decided to keep them as is, and asked if there could be any compensation for THEIR mistake, and they said there was nothing they would do.
