We shopped around extensively for a Hot Tub and were so glad we stopped in to look at Baja Spas. The retail store is called Premier Backyard Design Center since they sell swimming pools, chemicals, patio furniture, outdoor kitchens & BBQs, and everything you need for your backyard resort! We found the hot tub to be priced right and a great value. They also have a full service, service department where they will not only cover your warranty, but will also take care of and maintain you pool and/or spa. There sales associates and service personnel were extremely knowledgeable, service oriented, and truly cared about meeting our wants and needs. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend both a Baja Spa, and any onter product Premier Backyard sells to anyone we talk to.
If you are in the market for a backyard upgrade, you have to buy a Baja Spa from Premier Backyard!
Pros: Great value, amazing product (Baja Spa), cool showroom, and awesome staff!
Cons: Need more stores around town-other people should experience doing business with these guys! Truly amazing!!!
