Review content:
I started going to Loft 26 over a year and a half ago and they are quite the talented crew! John and Stacey are not only technically skilled, but they will collaborate with you for your cut EVERY visit to make sure you leave happy. It's easy for a stylist to fall into a pattern with clients and inherently cut your hair the same way over and over again. A true artist will probe the client to see how they felt AFTER their last cut. In a sense they are taking a step back before moving forward. As for color, Loren really gave me a different perspective on what I could do with my hair. For years whenever I played around with coloring my hair, my colorists always insisted I go lighter (aka either working blonde into my hair, or going platinum all together) because of my fair complexion. Upon explaining that to Loren, and my growing curiosity to go darker, we went for it and she did a fantastic job! The resulting color wasn't quite black, but still darker and richer then a dark brown. True, I have VERY white skin (especially in winter), but I also have light eyes and the color complimented both of those traits better then any color I've had before. If you've got the budget, you'd be dumb not to become a Loft 26 client!
