Review content:
This company has terrible customer service. When you need them, you can't get hold of them. They certainly cashed my check quickly. He is probably taking on more than he can bare. I realize that we had a horrible storm, but we could have gotten a call stating that he was getting to us as soon as possible. I couldn't even leave a message on his voicemail. It was full. Gee, I wonder why. We had to finally do it ourselves. Do you think he will refund our money? I doubt it. I will not be renewing with him next year and I will tell all those around me to avoid his services.
Pros: when he does come, he does a fair job.
Cons: whenever there is a heavy snow, it takes him far to long to plow us.
