I'm sorry I bought here a swim suit! This lady is so rude, impolite, unhelpful and grumpy! She even doesn't try to be nice or helpful, she makes you a favor by taking your credit card! When you pay almost $200 for a swimming suit, you expect at least a smile or ""Thank you"", but you don't get anything from this witch.
When I bought the swim suit I was told that as long as I have the receipt and the tags on I can always exchange it or get a store credit without a problem. Their refund policy is only for 10 days, which is also very surprisingly short. I came after a couple of months with the receipt and the tags on swim-suit and told that I want a store credit for next year, as I have another swim suit for this year. She didn't agree to give me store credit, she started to shout on me why it took me so long to come there and so on. Now I'm stuck with this expensive swimsuit, my only options is to exchange it in store, but they don't have my sizes in swimsuits that I like.
I have never seen such horrible customer service, All stores I can think about always give you at least a store credit if not a refund when you have the receipt and unworn piece of clothing. I will never buy there anything else!!!
P.S. I thought that witch had a German accent, but maybe it was French.
