Review content:
When I called Wheel Werks, they acted like they were too busy to talk to me. They made me feel like I was wasting their time, so I kept it breif. I decided email would be a better means of communication -- I could better formulate my questions and they could respond when they weren't busy. I never received a response to my email (should have been a clear sign). \r \r I finally resorted to answering my own questions by performing an internet search; more than I needed to know about wheels and tires. \r \r Reluctantly I called Wheel Werks back to get a quote on new wheels (over $1,000 so you'd think they'd want my business), I received a price that was a good $100 higher than competitors (they told me that, unlike competitors, they do free installation... I don't see how $100 is free). \r \r Despite the higher price, I decided to give Wheel Werks my business. I called to have them order the same wheels I discussed with them during call two -- this time, they told me the price would be $25 more per wheel (another $100) than they told me originally, during phone call two. \r \r Sorry, WW there are plenty of wheel and tire shops in town -- I don't need to be treated like an inconvenience and hate being jacked around on the price of a commodity.
