I would like to tell you about my experience at this salon.I went there a few weeks ago to get a cut and color.I had an appointment and showed up exactly on time.After waiting 35 minutes I finally got to sit in the chair and tell the girl what I was wanting to do with my hair.Two and a half hours later, three trys at the color, and about 3 inches shorter than I wanted, I was done.I was highly disappointed to say the least.I asked to see the manager and was told that they didnt even have a manager!!!And they havent even had one for the past month!!What kind of company is this??And on top of all of this the store is very dirt and misorganized and make sure you bring your earplugs for your kids too because you dont want to hear the vulgar language that is coming out of their mouths.They also had only two stylist so good luck getting an appointment.I just wanted all of you out there that are thinking about using this salon to enter at your own risk!!
