I do not recommend doing business with Prime Properties as I have witnessed a representative of Prime Properties causing damage to a home after the tenants were evicted causing the tenants to owe more money than they owed. This company is deceptive and unprofessional in their business practices.
In doing research online, I have found several tenants who have leased from this company have had the same problems/complaints pertaining to this company in getting their deposit back because of a list of very high costs in repairs they claim that needed to be made to the property.
