I had contracted Cassady Bailey to cut a few trees plus some landscape cleaning up. He knows how to cut tree, but the rest of sevice is so poor that even one star is over-rated. He left many things unfinished and he promised to come back to finish it up, but once I paid him, he never did come back, and worse he did not return calls or even made any effort to complete the job. He did the same to my neigbor: finish part of the job, the soon he gets the money, he disappeared. I ended up pay/hire other contractors to finish up works that he had paid him to do. \r
His business name is Bailey's specialty logging, and his UBI No is 602924006, license is Bailesl900BH, business address is 1126 F Street, Centralia, WA 98531, phone number is 360-324-9421. I did a search online recently and found a few other complains similar to my experience. I did a quick check on his license on WA license site before hire him, but unfortunately, I did not search throughly enough to find out more. \r
Don't hire him or at least, don't pay in full until all the promise and contracted work is done.
