I have been living here for 3 years and the manager (Jenny) has recently taken a NO TOLERANCE approach for children. Children are not allowed to be outside of their apartments on the grounds unless they are in the process of coming or going out of the complex. This property has two pools. The pool drain recall caused them to close both pools temporarily. They invested $800 to repair one of the pools but they refuse to do the same for the second pool, which is located in the Eastern complex. To soothe the situation, Jenny, the mgr has been vague about when this pool will be reopened. In a personal conversation she informed me VERY RUDELY that it would be closed for the entire summer. Her boss, Rosa, has confirmed that the owner does not want to invest a mere $800 to have this pool repaired. Because the pool area is the ONLY place where our children are allowed to play they are now not able to enjoy their home, as they are being VICIOUSLY discriminated against. If you have children stay far away from this place A dog lover herself, with 2 pitt bulls, she is more concerned with the welfare of the dogs than the children. The dogs have FULL run of the place with their own play area and they are allowed to urinate and defecate EVERYWHERE on the property. In fact, the place is over run with dogs. The surrounding lawn areas and patios often smell like urine and feces.
