Review content:
I don't know what it is about Tiffany's but some of their sales people are some of the most pompous, arrogant sales people I have ever met. Don't they realize that if they are this way, they lose business. Significant business.
I've had numerous unpleasant experiences at Tiffany's all over the world, but this location in particular.
I don't want to generalize all Tiffany's, but this is a systematic problem with some of their sales staff. I was with my girlfriend shopping for an engagement ring and the attitude that we received was unacceptable. The sales person was condescending and we felt belittled. It's unfortuante that my girlfriend really liked their Lucida ring... Because there's no way I am putting money into a business with such poor customer service.
There are lots of great jewellery stores in Houston. I would look elsewhere.
Pros: Some very nice items
Cons: Poor customer service, Very little selection, Snobby atmosphere
