Review content:
The Salon is warm and inviting. Parking can sometimes be a nightmare in Downtown Olympia but the salon made it so easy!! When I called for my appointment they directed me to the nearby Ramada Hotel parking garage. The fee was only 3.00 for all day. As I was checking out they then reimbursed me for my parking fee...I couldn't believe it!! My Colorist was AMAZING!!! Her knowledge and the way she explained her vision for my hair was so refreshing. She didn't ask me ""So what do you want to do with your hair"" I hate that question! She started with ""let me share with you my thoughts on what we should do with your hair"" The staff was inviting and non-threatining, If you know what I mean. So many times I have walked into a salon and felt intimidated. Not at this Salon....You will feel the magic of Downtown at this salon! Not to mention the magic they can do with your Hair!!!
Pros: High skill level of stylist, Parking, Beautiful Salon
Cons: Bathroom is through Lobby.
