Review content:
Out of all the Rodeo Dr. boutiques this one has the snottiest, rudest people working there. You can be a millionaire and they will treat you like crap. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at this store, I came to see what they could do for a poor quality bag they sold me which looked terrible after only being worn once. Not only would they not offer to clean/fix or exchange it, they actually had the gall to yell at me for even complaining and bringing it in. When you spend $1400 on a bag you expect better treatment than that. If you want to spend big bucks head on over to any other rodeo drive store or if you must visit Valentino do it in europe where they are actually nice and helpful! This store gives beverly hills a bad name. Pros: nice merchandise Cons: horrible service, bad exchange policy, rude staff
