WARNING -- unless you want to be trapped in a 3-year contract or face collections, DO NOT join this gym. Their policies are completely inflexible and provide the worst customer service I have ever seen in any service profession anywhere. If they were in NY, LA or anywhere else, they would have been out of business in the first several months. They signed up me and my boyfriend on a ""dual membership"" or so I thought, until I found out they made me the ""primary"" member and my friend could not go unless I was with him. When we tried to join as a couple, they said we had to be married and prove it by showing a wedding invitation. They ran a promotion where I could add him to my membership, which I did. Now I've lost my job and can't afford the $80 a month dues. When I tried to get my friend off the membership, they said he was on there for the duration of my contract and there's no way I could change anything. When I went to cancel the membership, they said I couldn't unless I moved more than 35 miles away from any of their facilities. When I said I might not be able to continue payments, they threatened that they'd throw my account immediately in collections. You can do what you want, and they're beautiful gyms, but if you don't want such poor treatment and lack of consideration, then AVOID THIS GYM like the plague.
