1. Incompetent, ignorant, and they just don’t care. They sold us the wrong antenna along with cable’s, GSM duel band, AC Power supply Amp, etc. Well over $500.00 of worthless stuff for our property out in the country. We don’t have phone service out there. We came back to town to call, they had us try a few different things to make it work, and it never did work. We made three trips to the country over about four weeks. After the last attempt to make this junk work, their technician/salesman/liar said I guess it’s not going to work. He also told us they would not exchange the wrong antenna or refund our money. So, like an idiot, we agreed to purchase another antenna from them. We just got back from trying the second wrong antenna and no luck again. These people do not know what they are doing, but will take your money in bad faith. No credit, no refund for their mistakes. It’s a license to steal.
Cons: ship the wrong merchandise and you are out your money
