My Kenmore Freezer started acting up, I ignored it for awhile. On the holiday (4th of July) weekend it went out. I called 2 other companies but they didnt not have anyone until Tuesday (the 6th).
Allen And Sons came out on Monday the 5th of July with no extra charge , I wasnt to thrilled about the 3 hour appointment window (it is better than the cable company) but they guy actually showed up 10 min after the beginning of the appointment. He gave me an estimate for $105 which included the labor and the part. It took about an hour to fixed it right in my kitchen. He cleaned my condensers for free, and cleaned after himself. There is also a five year warranty on the part, its been working without any issues since. Word of advice from the tech if you have any suspicions about how the refrigerator is performing call someone immediately because the issue can escalate to damage further the refrigerator.
