They lure you in with a beautiful showroom with efficient order taking happy salespeople full of promises only to find out after the money was paid, that they can't deliver for not only days, weeks, but MONTHS down the line. Our project was completely put on hold for months leaving us with frustrate cabinet people, plumbers, and electricians who all said ""Well when you get mountain land to respond to you, let us know and we will have fit you in when they really can deliver not just when they say they will deliver""...
Moreover, PLAN ON PAYING SHIPPING CHARGES because you will be desperate to move your project forward. If you want them to call you back CAMPOUT there until your appliance salesperson comes in to work.
Pros: Fabulous showroom, really nice and willing salespeople
Cons: Don't deliver, get your money then wont return calls
