I highly recomend this quaint little bistro. I just moved into the fan disrict from the d.c. area and was told by neighbors that this was the place to go. they did mention that they had'nt been for awhile due to the ""nasty service"" but assured me that rumours said that the waitstaff was new, and the old servers had vacated the premise to open up a place called carsons. I was pleasantly surprised by the food as well as the knowledgable and attentive service. The thing I did not understand was the wine list, ( it was on a large chalkboard ) Luckily my server explained not to worry about it, she would guide me through the list based on my likes, and what I was having for dinner, and price range. (she also said that if I didn't like a bottle we chose, not to worry.) My husband and I had a lovely dinner, definately up to par with the D.C restaurants of which we are accustomed. They even had our favorite dessert, a molten lava cake. The cake and the night was done to perfection.
