Review content:
I have been going to this store for the last 11 years. The previous manager, a guy in his 20s that everybody thinks is a punk, was the best part of the store. He was helpful, let you test out the games before you bought them, and took back any used game regardless of the reason. This ""New Management"" is the one reason why I will NEVER go back again. The entire store system was changed. This new management redid the policy for everything. Before where there was a 7-day return policy for used games, now, all they can do is buy it back for ""store credit"". But what if you want cash instead of the store credit for a used game you bought 3 days ago, and you don't like? Then they take 20% off of the Store Credit. I recently bought a $60 PS3 game, didn't like it, so I attempted to bring it back, without knowing of this new rule. It had been 3 days, and all I was able to get was $20 back in store credit. But, with these new rules, I don't want store credit now because I won't come back. So I asked for cash, and I end up with $18 for a $60 game... These new rules and guidelines that they have set out it is in the WORST shape I have ever seen it in. One of the employees has only been working since the new management has taken over, and it shows. These new workers are unfriendly, unhelpful, and above all else, useless. So after 11 years of coming to this store, buying and selling games, I now say, I will never come to this store again, and I will now go to Game Stop instead. And if it was up to me, this would get 0 stars. Pros: There aren't any pros with this New Management Cons: New Management System
