Businiess name:  The Sound Idea

Review content:
Three months to repair a speaker. Two weeks in to another repair (they are the only place that I can find to fix Onkyo), I call back when they say it is supposed to be done. Not only are they rude on the phone and in person, but when you call to find out where your possessions are, they cop an attitude and say it isn't done, without even checking. After being pressed to actually inquire as to the status of my repair, she returns to tell me that they lost a tech, and it would be a couple more weeks before it was finished. If anyone knows of anywhere else that can repair Onkyo, please let me know. I absolutely despise this place, and I would love to take my business elsewhere. If you choose not to listen to me, and decide to use The Sound Idea for your next electronic repairs, you will more than likely regret it. Cons: Bad customer service, slower than slow repair times, bad location
