This facility has by far the best customer service I have yet to experience at a business, The friendly staff are always available to help whether it be payment arrangments, switching to another size unit.. Or just simply offering a cold bottle of water on a hot day! There are many competitors out there, but I choose Storage Haven in Odessa based on the clean, safe facility, and the above and beyond staff working there.
