Review content:
I have been to the Tsunami in Midvale a few times and have loved it every time. I have always had prompt and personable service. The sushi is really good too. Well, about as good as you can get in Utah anyway. :) Very fresh and good combos. I usually have a hard time deciding what to get and have never had an objection if I ask to change the rolls a little to suit my tastes. My only ""complaint"" is I don't like how they close between 2 and 6. (I showed up at 5 once....) So be sure you know their hours before going. I also had my first taste of a Saki I actually liked when I requested the Apple/Pear saki the last time we went. It was sweet and soft. Oh and the last time I went, there were two kids who were well behaved (and were only moderately loud on occasion) and were not causing any problems. :)
Pros: food, service, sushi
Cons: hours
