When my old Westlake jewler went out of business, I was in need of a reliable jeweler to maintain my nice swiss-made watches and wedding ring. Not only have they had timely turnaround on my existing pieces, but I've also bought two new watches from them and have been very pleased with their warranty work. Unlike a big store sale, they stand behind their pieces when something goes wrong! Always friendly service, even when you are'nt buying. They even have given me a free estimate on a diamond I wanted to sell. You get the feeling that Kathryn and the other sales staff are committed to this community for a long time to come.
