Review content:
This pool company is not good at all. Their customer service person is incompetent. She insisted that people were in my backyard pouring the deck (which was overdue) when no one was their. I was standing in my backyard arguing with her trying to tell her there was no one there. They didn't even draw out the pool location before they dug out the pool. They dug the pool two feet from the dining room slider. I have a 17,000 square foot backyard and there was plenty of room to have a pool. The men that came to put in the rebar, brought their 3 year old toddler to wander around my backyard with a huge whole she could have fallen into. They left trash in the pool after they left and did a terrible job. I would not recommend this company at all. Warranty or not, the people they use are not professional
