This is the letter I sent to Dr Stuart Jacobson after the appointment my husband had with him: \r

My husband had an appointment with you today. The time you spent with us gave us a much better understanding of his condition. You are a brilliant doctor. You got our attention as no other doctor has successfully done. You presented, very skillfully the seriousness of his problems ie; weight and risk factors and the stress it is putting on his heart. We now realize the true and sincere commitment that must be made to decrease his risk factors. It is the lifestyle change that can truly mean the difference in longevity. \r

More than trust, you took the time to answer all our questions, which gave us a much clearer understanding of what the health condition of his heart really is. \r

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We most sincerely appreciate your time in addressing our concerns. We look forward to the next visit in three months and minus 15 pounds. \r
