Our beloved family dachshund was taken here for vet care for some time. He never had any problems and was always taken in for his annual checkups. He lived with my elderly parents. Back in May of 2007, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The vet was very hands off and never really monitored his dosage and didn't give them detailed information on what to look for in terms of warning signals. As a result our beloved ""Gentleman"" died two months later. My dashchund was diagnosed with the same thing back in May of this year, but because my vet is ""board certified"" and knows what he's doing, my dog has adjusted to living with this condition with medication and is doing fine. My heart aches to know that if only we had taken Gentleman to a vet that knew what he was doing, he'd still be with us. If you really care about the welfare of your pet, please don't take your pet to Height Vet Clinic.
