Dr. Stern is not only a caring and extremely competent vet, he is willing to listen to YOUR opinion on the animal's problem and/or care and to explain if he feels differently, instead of just dismissing your concerns like so many other vets do. No one else will ever care for my animals. Even his staff is caring, effecttive in their service and always willing to help out as much as they can.
