I hesitated to give this business even one star. Not because of the quality of their work, but because of their total lack of professionalism and customer service. \r

This shop assures everyone that touch-ups will be done free of charge. I paid $160 for small tattoo, that took less than 15 minutes. Less than 24 hours after getting my tattoo, I called for a small touch up. I was told that the charge would be $100. I was shocked. And when I attempted to calmly negotiate the price of the touch-up - which should be free - I was actually met with YELLING and hostile behavior. \r

At this point, even if Body Graphics actually honored their ""free touch up policy,"" I would not return. \r

Overpriced and revolting behavior...spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!!
