I have only met him for a consultation so I can't say I completely know his work. \r \r I wanted breast augmentation. I have done a lot of research over the web, went to see a doctor in Canada and my sister had breast augmentation, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted silicone implants with an incision at the armpit. Dr. Zandi's specialty is in the aereola, so he told me he could do it, but didn't know how going through the armpit was going to turn out. I also had a very small aereola, so Dr. Zandi could not do this procedure on me. Dr. Zandi is rated as one of the best doctors in San Francisco Magazine back in 2005, but that depends on the procedure you're looking for. I'm sure that he is a respected physician among his colleagues, but I didn't feel personally comfortable with him as my doctor. He seemed way too arrogant. I asked him a lot of questions, and he made me feel like I shouldn't be asking him questions because he has been in this field for 35 years. \r \r He also charges a lot. If he were to do an armpit incision on me with silicone implants, it would cost $8500...No thanks, I would rather go to Canada and pay $5900 (this was what my sister paid for the same procedure a month ago and she looked great!!)
