Is it possible to give NEGATIVE stars? \r \r When my grandmother recently passed away, I had to make most of the arrangements by phone for the items that were not included in her pre-paid service and plot.\r \r Steve Hale was the rudest man I have ever dealt with...he's more used car salesman than equiped to deal with people suffering a loss. He DEMANDED that I fax him a document on a Saturday by noon so that they could set up chairs for the service. When I told him that my printer was broken, I'd be happy to send an email with permission and sign the original on Monday (day of the service), that was unacceptable! I was forced to go to my office, print the document and fax it to him.\r \r He added insult to injury so to speak by saying he knew that I was going through a lot right now.... How can he know what I may or may not have going on right now? While there is never a good time to lose a loved one, my dear grams lived 101 years on this earth. It was not a shock, but it hurt all the same. And 7 weeks from my wedding day.....(not to mention the 'normal stress' that goes along with day to day life with work, etc.\r \r When I spoke to him the day of the service (confronted his behavior), he never even apologized for his rudeness! When I spoke to another associate in the office, they too didn't apologize!\r \r Finally, when I questioned why they needed MY social security number on this fax to set up chairs, the girl (also very rude) said it was standard proceedure. Needless to say, they didn't get that information.\r \r
