Businiess name:  Boss Plumbing

Review content:
As to the other poster, yes, $70 for 1.5 hours of on site service, plus an average of 1.5 hours administrative time to support 1.5 hours at the clients home plus 30 minutes each way, totally 4.5 hours for $70 was a total ripoff of the plumbing company. A well trained journeyman plumber is entitled to that much for his 1.5 hours of being at the client as well as the hour it took to drive to and from the client's place.\r \r Owners of plumbing firms have a responsibility to charge enough fees to run a professional business and be able to afford to spend time with their family and support their family, and he should be able to pay competitive salaries to employees so they don't go get a job working for the City DWP with full benefits and retirement.\r \r The rant was from a typical tenant who has no idea what it costs to be in business with liability insurance, workers comp, advertising, trucks, payroll, benefits including a 401K, legal fees, vehicle insurance, office rental, equipment purchase and repairs, professional association dues, salary to the proprietor.\r \r The owner of Boss needs to go take some accounting classes because at those fees he is ripping himself and his family off. Being in business is to make $ so you can support your family and afford time with the, not engage in charities like $70 for all that time. The whiner should thank Boss for being charitable!\r \r Maybe the tenant would be better off hiring some illegal alien off the street corner in front of Home Depot?
