I was the Warehouse Manager/Delivery coordinator for this company for almost 3 years ending in August '08. During this time I arranged delivery and/or installation of appliances for over 12,000 customers. I am also personnally famiiar with the circumstances surrounding most of the other reviews written here. I was personally responsible for carrying forth the decisions and subsequent solutions for every customer concern or complaint. The owner, Eric Blakemore, reviews and ensures each solution is done promptly and done fairly. This dedication to doing the right thing is the best reason you should buy from this company. Much of this company's business is repeat business and for a good reason! In the retail appliance business i cannot recommend this company more strongly or sincerely.
