I paid for a membership for my daughter last year. She has a busier schedule now and could not go to the gym. I tried cancelling it last month and was told I needed to wait til the 29th before I can cancel. Since I forgot the date, I got charged for another month. Now, I'm trying to call them and cancel ahead of time and was told the ""manager"" is the person I need to talk to Easier said than done since 90% of the time that I call them, nobody answers the phone!. My daughter went there in person and tried to cancel it as well and was told she has to wait til the 29th to do this. It didn't take more than 20 minutes to sign up with them and it has been over a month and I still could not cancel it. They need to seriously work on their customer service. I feel I just got ripped off!!
