Review content:
These idiots actually paint their apartments with water soluble paint. When you clean the walls the paint comes off and then they charge you. You have to have your carpet cleaned before you leave. They don't count that in their over-head. They changed their billing system and now charge every resident a fee because of the 'change'. They are over-priced for the ""quality"" and ""service."" If you rent here, make sure you are at least 3-5 years in a job. They can't wait to tell you when they would kick you out and sue you once you get down on your luck. They are also racist. Don't waste your time or hard-earned money!!!
