Absolutely disgusting. Ordered shrimp teriyaki and it was hard as shoe leather. Told them up front I can't eat salad or rice so could I have some steamed veggies instead and she gave me a strange unintelligible response which I chalked up to ESL so don't get her response but she did say I could substitute. I told her that was fine as I was in a rush and really just wanted shrimp. Then when the food came she gives me lettuce and rice, so asked for veggies and she very clearly and in good English says ""no - we charge for that"" I told her that I had asked for them the first time around and she argued that normally they charge $3.00. When she caved and brought the veggies, I had eaten some shrimp but they were rock hard - told her and she eventually said she would refund me so she did, but she didn't offer to replace anything so I ate the chicken teriyaki off my son's plate - not great but not completely disgusting like mine. Never again.
