My 2nd mortgage was purchased by this bank. Okay...standard industry practice. After being transfered to 4 different people, I found one semi-capable person that was able to explain to me that they don't accept online payments. Seriously? What POS bank doesn't accept online payments? Perhaps I should pay them in widgets and flour. The people are rude, incompetent, and the bank is stuck in the 1980's. If you think BofA is bad...wait until you have to deal with this joke of a bank.
