Review content:
Dear Friends, When I went to Package Express Postal Center on Marvin Road in Lacey, Washington and after the current customer was finished, I was waiting next in line at the counter and the attendants completely overlooked me and took two other patrons before me. This really irritated me! I waited for a couple more minutes to see if they would take care of me. They didn't so I left and went to the UPS Store on the other side of the street where I was waited on immediately and with good customer service. I later called up to mention it and all they had to say was that when I left I looked like I was in a bad mood (imagine that) and they were sorry if they hurt my feelings. I do not have any emotional ties to them so hurt feelings was not the issue. I was angry! The issue was fairness in taking first customers first. After all most of us consider our time valuable don't we?
