After 36 years in the flower business, you can always tell when an order is going to be a problem when you take the order. They wait until the last possible minute to order, rush you through the order process, and of course they lay in wait for you the next day so they can call and complain, either to get a discount or possible credit. This ""Aametro2"" was specific about the price of the arrangement he picked out online, waited until 3:00 p.m. to order for that day's delivery, and then waited until the next morning to call and say he didn't know there would be a delivery charge. What a jerk! I guess in New York the florists have volunteers to take flower deliveries so that he has never paid extra for a flower delivery. We placed him on our ""JERKS LIST"" so that next time he'll have to order under an assumed name.
