What a nightmare with these people. My wife went in for a routine check up. No big problems, just a couple cavities. However, the doctor who ""fixed"" the cavities caused more problems than she solved. Giving my wife constant sharp pain and intense sensitivity which continues to this day. My wife went back in to have the problem checked. But they said they couldn't do anything, and only recommended Claritin (about $30 bucks a pack!) and toothpaste for sensitive teeth - not cheap either! They are totally inflexible about even discounting my wife's bill. Even considering the ongoing discomfort they have caused. They say they ""stand by their work"" but it's an empty platitude. They keep offering to see my wife again, BUT why would my wife want to go back to the people who created the problem in the first place? If a mechanic messed up your car you'd take it to someone else to fix, right? And that's what we are doing now. It's my strong recommendation that you do not place your dental health in the hands of these people. They do not see you as a customer deserving of a great dental experience, they see you as a walking, talking, stack of cash. Pros: TV's in treatment rooms. Cons: See below.
