Review content:
Dr. Joel Hirsch misdiagnosed my contact prescription and when the contacts arrived, the trial pair predictably didn't work. I called his secretary, Kat, about the prescription being incorrect and my vision being blurred, but rather than letting me make a new appointment, she told me to open the sealed boxes and try on a new pair to see if it worked better. She told me I could return the opened boxes for a refund if there was a problem. When the new pair of lenses was also defective, I demanded another eye exam and explained my interaction with Kat, but Dr. Hirsch refused to listen and charged me for the eye exam and for a new box of contacts, saying the opened boxes ?couldn?t be returned since they had been already opened?. What's more, they humiliated me and made me cry, Kat saying, ""we would never tell you to open the box if the trial pair didn?t work"" and Hirsch himself said, ""what my staff says is not my responsibility"". This was a terrible experience, he seemed so nice, but when it came down to it, it was all a facade, and he was downright rude and unpleasant. Save yourself time, money, and anxiety by not giving this man your business! Judging from reviews on other websites, I'm not the only one who had such an awful experience. Cons: all cons
