Review content:
I started going to Peking Express last month, because my friends have been raving about the restaurant to me for a while so I decided to try it out myself. I'm really glad I did! The restaurant has a pleasant feel to it, very clean. The music was delightful. They even have an indoor pond full of goldfish! The best part? The food! It is totally AMAZING. My family is very into Chinese food, so I've grown up eating Chinese food all my life. I can truly say that Peking Express has one of the best Chinese food I've ever had, hands down. I was really surprised at first, because it IS located right across from the MSU campus..and I didn't expect to find such quality and authentic Chinese food there. \r \r I've been to places like rice kitchen, but the food there is utterly disgusting. Golden Wok is not much better either. But Peking Express, is a whole different story. You can just tell it is different by walking into the restaurant and finding it filled with Chinese customers (hey, if Chinese people like the Chinese food there, it's gotta be good right?!). So yea, I've been eating there 2-3 times a week ever since I first tried the food there. Yup, it's THAT good. The food is priced very reasonably too, and they give you A LOT of food (definitely a plus if you are a college student on a budget like me!) Anyway, I recommend Peking Express to anyone who are looking for great authentic Chinese food, period. :) Pros: FOOD, ATMOSPHERE, VALUE, SERVICE - what else can you ask for?
