Review content:
An American Century client failed to yield right of way at a yield sign and crashed into the care my husband was driving and was forced into an oncoming pickup truck. Our car was totaled the truck was damaged as was the clients car. The police report states that the client of American Century failed to yield right of way and was even issued a citation. The report also states that HE crashed into my husband causing him to crash into the truck. American Century sent me a letter of deman that I (the car my husband was driving is in my name) pay for their clients car, they also sent the same letter to the driver of the truck. Today I received another letter from American Century that I must move my car from the storage lot that it was towed to within 3 days of the date of the letter. The letter was dated May 20 and I received it on May 23. I ask if they were going to pay for the tow truck to move it from storage and of course they said no. I can't move the car because it is totaled, cannot be driven.\r \r Avoid American Century Insurance at all cost.!!1 Pros: none found Cons: does not pay claims
