I just moved in to one of their great buildings at 86 St and I have NEVER lived in an apartment that's this nice. The leasing agent, Inna, was extremely friendly and professional as well. And each time I run into her, she is sure to say hello and makes sure all is well with me in my apartment. Overall, I think every person of Charles Courinho's team is great.\r
This is a pretty prime location, too. A bus and subway stops are almost in front of the apartment, and I'm apparently only half block away from the Central Park. The area is phenomenal! It's about a 5 minute walk to anything you need, and I feel totally safe walking around outside at night.\r
Also, they are very responsive to all my needs, super comes almost right away to fix a problem. I could go on and on, but I really love this place and don't see myself leaving anytime soon.\r
