I am a current resident of Courtney Reserve and would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your new home. The noise from my upstairs and downstairs neighbors is almost unbearable. There is no cell phone reception in this area which makes in very inconvenient if you do not have a land line. I wish someone had told me this information before I signed my lease. Please, save yourself the heartache and frustruation and spend your money at a place you will enjoy.
