We chose this company based on a referal from our real estate company. They weren't their first choice or ours,but they were the only ones who could do the move on the day we needed. The owner seemed very professional and promised to be very careful with our things. He also stated that they were fully insured, and assured us we would be happy with his work. He did show up on time and moved us fast, but we were not happy with the lack of care he gave our furniture. Several items were damaged, but he would not accept responsibilty. He reimbursed for repairs to only one item that he personally damaged. The rest he said were not his fault. He had two different crews and the one at this end were just day laborers he hired to help out. I don't know who damaged the items, but they were all fine before the move. Pros: Fast Cons: Not careful as promised, unwilling to accept responsibilty
