Review content:
When you walk into a smoke house, and you can actually smell the smoke. That's when you know that you're in a good place. This is not a fast food BBQ chain like Bill Millers. This is the absolutely BEST brisket is San Antonio. Charred to perfection and cooked to where the meat crumbles away. A different tasting potato salad that is unique. The place is better than Granzin's in New Braunfels which used to be good until they opened their new store, and chaos set in. Barbecue Station is the best place you'll find outside of Lockhart. Sausage links have a nice slightly spicy taste to them as well. Better grab a pound and a half of brisket and four sausage links to go. Just to be on the safe side... Pros: Great BBQ Cons: Can get a little busy at times
