Review content:
This Glendale bakery (like many in Glendale) are family owned and operated. This is one of those places where you walk in and take 30 minutes to just look through the cases...and that's BEFORE you decide what you want to go into the pink box(es). Of course there is the deliciously sweet honey-drenched baklava (which is to die for, by the way), but if you're not into overly sweet indulgence, they have several cakes (served by the piece) that are lightly sweet and have whipped cream frosting, as opposed to the heavy butter cream we see in traditional American style bakeries. If you're near Glendale Ave and Chevy Chase...stop in and grab a treat. You won't regret it.
