Review content:
We have ordered pizza from this location for over 20 years, but will NEVER do so again. Last night, in a heavy rainstorm, I ordered two pizzas and drove over to pick them up. I paid for them, and then waited over ten minutes before the employee told me he was sorry, but that lightning had damaged the oven and it would not cook. He refunded my money and told me that if I called later this weekend, they would remake my order at no charge. This afternoon, I called to have this done, and was sujected to the rudest, most offensive, least professional treatment I have ever received. The unidentified man who answered the phone (he claimed to be the owner) told me angrily that I should never have been promised free food, that two pizzas was too much money for him to give away and he would fire the employee who was trying to keep my business. Then he launched into a tirade about how he was ""not Mr. Gatti's"", and how his business was barely surviving and how his ingredient costs had risen lately. He told me he would give me the pizzas if I insisted, but he did not want to. Well, Mr. Owner, I predict that I will see a CLOSED sign on your restaurant in the very near future and you can thank your shabby business practices and miserable attitude towards customers for this. Please excuse me now, I'm going to Mangia's.
