Went to get my tires replaced after a blow out. They also replaced the rear brake pads while they were at it. I didn't have to bother asking for prices because I know they are very fairly priced. I always ask about pricing anywhere else because I don't like getting ripped off.
Yes Paul is blunt and to the point. People that are a little to self involved may consider him rude but don't worry, there are many con-artists at there willing to stroke your ego and pad your bill. He even ordered me around to get the bike unloaded out of the truck and on to the lift. He even barked but that is the best way to get stuff done in my book.
All the work was down 4 hours after dropping it off but I was lucky and got them at the beginning of the work week.
