Review content:
I purchased a pump for an inflatible camping mattress the day before leaving for a camping trip. When I got home I found that the box was open, the adapters and power supply were missing, and the label on the pump was partially torn off. I went back to Target to exchange it and unfortunately left the receipt in another bag. I was told I was out of luck without the receipt even though I was exchanging for the same item because it was over $20 - it was $21.99. I was told to go home and get my receipt. So they sell me bad merchandise and then inconvenience me TWICE because they don't check merchandise before putting it out. When I contacted the corporate office I was basically told too bad. Contact Coleman if you have a problem with the pump. I am not particularly interested in shopping at a store that will not work with a customer when something is Target's fault.
